If you have a question about COVID-19—including vaccine questions—send them directly to our Health Services team at email@example.com to ensure timely receipt of your COVID-19 related message.
Concerns and reports about possible abuse or neglect of a child or elderly or disabled adult must be made in person or by phone. Reports can NOT be made by email. Reports can be made in person at Social Services (Building B at the County Complex) during business hours. Reports can also be made by phone, by calling 910-253-2077, 910-253-2114 or 910-253-2185 during business hours (leave a message if no one answers), or by calling 911 and asking for the on-call social worker after hours or on weekends and holidays.
