Health Department Vital Records Services
The Brunswick County Health Department offers some Vital Records services that are not handled by our office. This includes creation of Birth and Death Certificates, Burial Transit & Disinterment/Re-interment Permits, and Affidavits of Parentage. More information may be found on their page.
