Time: 9:00 AM - 11:45 AM & 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

What to bring: 

  • Photo ID and insurance card (if applicable)     
  • Medicare, Health Insurance, Cash & Check accepted                                                                                                                                                          

Vaccines Offered: 

  • Regular Flu Vaccine available for individuals ages 6 months and older
  • High Dose Flu Vaccine available for individuals ages 65 years and older
