Board of Elections
The Brunswick County Board of Elections conducts elections for all Brunswick County voters. Our office operates voting sites, maintains voter registration lists and handles many other aspects of elections administration. There are five board members that oversee the operations of the board of elections office.

Register of Deeds
The Register of Deeds is elected to a four-year term by the registered voters of Brunswick County. The Office of the Register of Deeds provides numerous services to the working community and general public including recording legal documents and maps, issuing marriage licenses, certifying documents, and administering oaths.

The Sheriff’s Office is the chief law enforcement agency in the county and provides general law enforcement, detention, communications, court, and animal protective services for the citizens of Brunswick County.
