Bald Head Island, Belville, Bolivia, Navassa, Northwest, and Sandy Creek incorporated their comprehensive land use plans into the Blueprint Brunswick 2040 Plan. Each town has a dedicated portion within the Municipal Guidance Section (Section #6). This section summarizes relevant background information, present the outcomes of the community engagement activities, and highlights the major issues and opportunities identified for each town. It also features a future land use map. Maps are supported by recommendations that relate to the recommended policies for the County (refer to Section 4). Each town has adopted this plan. The NC Coastal Resource Commission certified the plan as required by the NC CAMA Act.
