Payment Instructions

Notice Regarding Fees for Online Credit Card & Debit Card Payments

The processing fee for a Credit Card payment is 2.6% of the total invoice amount (minimum of $1) and the fee for a Debit Card is $2.95. If an invoice is above $99,999, additional payments will have to be processed to equal the total invoice amount. Each additional payment will incur a processing fee.

• ACI Online Credit Card Payment - Fee is 2.6% of the total invoice amount (minimum of $1). Payment will be posted on the following business day.
• ACI Online Debit Card Payment - $2.95 Flat Fee - Payment will be posted on the following business day.
• ACI Online E-Check - $2 Flat Fee - Payment will be posted on the following business day.
• Xpress Pay E-Check Payments  - No Fee - payment posts same day if made before 4:30 pm.

In-Person

• Cash or Check Payment:  Brunswick County Central Permitting Office - 75 Courthouse Drive,  Building I. Payment received by 4pm will be posted immediately. Payment received after 4pm will be posted the following business day.
