Code Administration applications can be found on the Permit Applications page or on the Brunswick County Permit Portal. If you don't have an account set up on the Permit Portal, you can set one up by clicking the "Sign Up" button and filling out the required fields. Once you are logged in you will see the applications listed on the left side of the screen. If you have any questions regarding the application process, please call Central Permitting at (910) 253-2021 (Option 2).
The benefit of applying through the Permit Portal is that it gives you the ability to monitor current projects, review past projects, recieve and reply to code administration staff electronically, upload any requested supporting documentation and/or forms, and request inspections via the portal without having to call Central Permitting. There are also new features being added to the portal or a regualr basis.
