The Commercial Development Dashboard contains information for commercial developments that have been approved or are currently being reviewed by the county Planning Department since 2019. This data only encompasses development in Brunswick County's jurisdiction. It does not contain data for development within municipalities in the county (excluding the city of Northwest). The dashboard is not updated real-time, but instead on a monthly basis. The data on this dashboard is compiled from the Planning Department's commercial review files and county permitting records.
